I have been a customer of Disability Network/Lakeshore for over a year now, and I must say they have provided an average level of service. Their website dnlakeshore.org is functional, but it could be more user-friendly. The information they provide is helpful, but sometimes it lacks depth. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
