I recently used their services for a live streaming event, and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information, which was helpful. The streaming quality was decent, but it did buffer a couple of times during the event, which was a bit frustrating. However, I appreciate their prompt customer support, as they quickly resolved the buffering issue. The pricing structure was transparent, and I found it reasonable for the services provided. One drawback was the limited customization options for the streaming interface – it would have been nice to have more control over the appearance.
