I have mixed feelings about Ok furniture. While the quality of their products is good, their customer service can be improved. I faced some issues with the delivery of my order, and it took longer than expected to resolve the problem. However, once the issue was resolved, they were apologetic and offered compensation. Overall, I am satisfied with the furniture, but I hope they work on their customer service.
