I have mixed feelings about my experience with the State of California- Department of Social Services. While their website, cdss.ca.gov, had helpful information, I found it overwhelming at times. The volume of content made it difficult to quickly find what I needed. The staff was friendly and willing to assist, but the overall process could be more streamlined. Overall, they provide valuable services, but there's room for improvement.
