I recently tried out a new point of sale system for my business and opted for Iconnect pos. First impression of their website was good, it provided sufficient information about their services and features. However, upon using their system, I found it to be quite average. While it did fulfill the basic requirements of processing payments and managing inventory, I felt that it lacked some advanced features I was looking for. The customer support was decent, although response times could be improved. On the positive side, the system was easy to set up and navigate, making it accessible for users with varying levels of technical expertise. Overall, Iconnect pos offers a satisfactory point of sale solution, but it falls short in comparison to certain competitors.
