The State of California- Department of Social Serv...

The State of California- Department of Social Services is doing an average job in providing services. Their website, cdss.ca.gov, was easy to navigate but could use some improvement. I found it useful that they provide a lot of information about their programs, but the overall user experience could be better. It would be great if they offered more online resources and a more user-friendly interface. However, I appreciate the services they provide and the efforts they make to support people in need.
