I recently used a real estate company to help me find a new home, and overall, I had an average experience with this company. The website was user-friendly and provided useful information about their services. However, I found the communication to be lacking. It took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the information provided was not always accurate or detailed. I also felt that they could have been more proactive in suggesting properties that fit my preferences. On the positive side, the realtors I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable, and they showed me a decent range of properties. However, I was hoping for a more personalized experience, and I felt like just another client. Overall, I would rate this company as average, as they have room for improvement in terms of communication and customer service.
