As a CUSTOMER, I have found Asiakom - asia communication & electronic to be an average company. Their website asiakom.com.my is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service could use some improvement. The response time to queries is quite slow, and the staff can be unhelpful at times. Overall, my experience with Asiakom has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
