As a customer, I recently had an experience with a clinical research center in Florida. I must say, my experience was average overall. The website was fairly informative, providing details on the research studies they conduct, which helped me understand their work. However, I found the website to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. Navigation was slightly confusing, and it took some effort to find the specific information I was looking for. Furthermore, the contact information provided was limited, and it was challenging to reach out for further inquiries. On a positive note, the staff I interacted with during my visit were friendly and professional. They answered my questions adequately but lacked a personal touch. While the center's work seems promising, improvements to their website and communication channels would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
