Yoga behind bars is simply amazing! The instructors are phenomenal and create a positive and uplifting space for practice. The combination of physical movement and mindfulness has greatly improved my overall well-being. I particularly enjoyed their guided meditation sessions, which helped me find inner calm and peace. I can't recommend Yoga behind bars enough! 🧘‍♀️✨
