I wanted to give my honest opinion about this pict...

I wanted to give my honest opinion about this picture framing company. The overall experience was good - the frames were decent quality for the price. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service. They were not as helpful as I expected and there was a bit of a delay in getting my order resolved. That being said, I appreciate that they addressed the problem eventually and made it right. It wasn't a perfect experience, but it wasn't terrible either. I would rate them as average.
