I had a mixed experience with Pulse Engineering Ltd. While their products are of good quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were delays in responding to my queries and the overall experience wasn't as smooth as I had expected. However, their technical expertise is commendable and they do deliver on their promises. I hope they improve their customer service for a better experience.
