I have been using Payrecs for a few months now and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide the basic functionality needed for payroll management, I found their user interface to be a bit clunky and not very intuitive. The support team was helpful in resolving some issues I had initially, but their response time could have been better. Overall, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of user experience and customer support.
