As a customer, I found the services provided by the company to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate, and the information was presented clearly, which I appreciated. However, I felt that the level of communication from the company was lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and I would have liked more transparency throughout the process. On a positive note, the consultants were knowledgeable and professional, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer engagement. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory. 😐
