The Home Savings & Loan Company of Youngstown, OH provides an average service. I found their staff to be helpful but not particularly efficient. The application process for a loan was quite lengthy and there were some delays in getting my loan approved. However, they did offer competitive interest rates which was a plus. Overall, an average experience with the company.
