Cie Manufacturing is an average company. I have been working here for a few years now and while it's not the best place to work, it's not the worst either. The pay is decent and the benefits are alright. The work environment can be a bit toxic at times, but overall it's manageable. There's room for improvement in terms of leadership and communication, but I have seen worse.
