I had a mixed experience with Woodruff and Associates Travel Company. While their staff was helpful and provided good recommendations for my trip, I experienced some issues with the booking process. It took longer than expected and there were a few miscommunications along the way. However, once everything was sorted out, my trip went smoothly and I had a great time. I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issues and make my trip enjoyable.
