Garment damaged by Smart Guys Dry Cleaners

Sent a garment to be professionally cleaned. Received the garment back damaged. Smart Guy's refused to take responsibility. After reading the reviews, I would have expected professionalism and care taken.
They may have been good in the past but not anymore.
