There is another side...
I have never understood why this company treats it's employees so poorly. There is a long, long string of poor handling of conflict, rushing to judgement and condemnation of anything that doesn't fit their "new age" look. It is a very dysfunctional place to be, even worse if you invest anything of yourself. Beware. Good story tellers but not good actors. Not a disgruntled employee, but one who was crucified.
