The Company operates in three segments: commercial real estate (CRE) services, Residential Property Management and Property services. In June 2014, FirstService Corp acquired Auckland-based Shore Commercial Realty, one of New Zealand's commercial property brokerage firms. In June 2014, its subsidiary, Colliers International, acquired H2SO Property Consultants. In July 2014, FirstService announced that its subsidiary Colliers International acquired McKenzie Hall Pty Limited, a specialty retail management and leasing business operating across Australia's east coast.
