The Management Controls Track Software Suite is a Contracted Services Management (CSM) solution for industries that rely heavily on contractors for operations, routine maintenance, turnarounds and capital projects. Through the use of data analytics, business intelligence dashboards and mobility solutions, they provide better understanding and control of site activities on a shift-by-shift basis. Management Controls, Inc., (MCi) was founded in 1989 by Bob Harrell. Prior to launching MCi, Mr. Harrell was CFO of a contract service company, and was Director of Internal Audit at ARCO, now BP, during the transition of company hourly employee workforces to predominantly contract personnel. Mr. Harrell’s experience on both sides of the owner/contractor relationship formed the genesis of Track software. MCi created Track v1.0 in 1990 to support the cost control efforts of a large turnaround.
