OIC of South Florida (OIC-SFL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We win at helping people become self-sufficient through workforce development training, family strengthing and job placement. OIC of South Florida has served as a beacon of hope through its ability to serve as a community-based workforce, job development, and training organization that focuses on the unemployed, underemployed, unskilled, and those with barriers to self-sufficiency due to the past indiscretions in their background via our various Adult and Young Adult Workforce Development initiatives. OIC also seeks to proactively address the vicious cycles of poverty via our Youth and Family Services Division, leading us partnering with local schools and government agencies in providing youth career awareness and readiness programming annually.
