This is not due to a disinterest of individuals and their lack of desire to work at these companies, but because they lack guidance and opportunities to learn the advanced skill sets. We launched the world's first advanced skill set training opportunities for Aerospace manufacturing and engineering roles that are affordable, online, work at your own pace and available to anyone. In our first year we grew to over 10,000 members and are currently expanding to help more markets, companies and people find great careers and great talent.
