I had an okay experience with this alarm company. Their website, brasscityalarm.com, is user-friendly and I could easily find the information I needed. The customer service representatives were polite and responsive. However, I expected a more personalized approach from them. The installation process was smooth, but the technician did not spend enough time explaining the system to me. Overall, a decent company, but definitely room for improvement.
