The service from this law firm was satisfactory but did not exceed my expectations. Communication was adequate, and the staff seemed knowledgeable, but I didn't feel particularly valued as a client. The website is comprehensive and easy to navigate, but I found the overall experience to be somewhat impersonal. While the quality of the legal advice was decent, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client engagement and the personal touch. It's a decent option for those seeking legal services, but I would have appreciated a more attentive approach.
