I recently started attending the adult gymnastics classes at tumblingtigerz.co.za, and I'm really impressed with the quality of instruction. The instructors are patient and supportive, and they create a positive and encouraging atmosphere. The facility is well-equipped, and I feel safe during my workouts. I highly recommend Tumbling Tigerz for anyone interested in trying out gymnastics!
