I recently used this company for my insurance needs, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. The website is easy to navigate and contains helpful information. However, I found the overall communication to be a bit lacking. 🤔 While their customer service was friendly, I often had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, I wasn't completely satisfied with the final terms of my policy, as I felt they could have been better explained. Nevertheless, the experience was not terrible, but I would hope for improved communication and transparency in the future. 🤷‍♂️
