I had a negative experience with Bob Mills Furniture. The delivery was delayed multiple times, causing frustration and inconvenience. When the furniture finally arrived, it was damaged and had to be returned. The customer service representatives were unhelpful and unapologetic. Overall, I would not recommend this company.
