I recently purchased a product from this company and had an average experience. I found their customer service to be responsive, but the product quality didn't quite meet my expectations. The delivery was prompt, which was a plus. However, I do think they could improve on the packaging of their products as mine arrived slightly damaged. Overall, I'd say it was an okay experience. I'll consider giving them another chance in the future, hoping to see some improvements. 🤔
