I recently started attending a yoga studio near my home and it has been a really positive experience. The atmosphere at the studio is calming and the teachers are amazing. They provide clear instructions and modifications for all poses, ensuring that everyone feels included and challenged. I love the variety of classes they offer, from gentle flow to power yoga. The studio is always clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the studio website is not very user-friendly, but the quality of the classes makes up for it.
