I recently had the opportunity to visit a distillery in Colorado Springs and it was quite an average experience. The ambiance of the place was nothing out of the ordinary, with a standard tasting room and not much else to offer in terms of amenities. The staff was friendly enough, but I was hoping for a more personalized approach. The tour was informative, but I felt that it lacked that special touch that would make it stand out from other distilleries. The highlight of the visit was the tasting session, where I got to try a variety of spirits. While they were decent, they didn't leave a lasting impression on my palate. Overall, my experience at this distillery was just average. I would recommend it to those who are simply looking for a casual outing, but for enthusiasts seeking a unique and memorable experience, there might be better options available.
