I've been a member of Curves for a few months now and I am extremely satisfied. The trainers are friendly and always willing to help. The workouts are challenging, but I can already see improvements in my strength and overall fitness. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Curves to any woman looking to get fit and stay healthy.
