Sadie's of New Mexico is a hidden gem! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The food is absolutely delicious and authentic. The green chile is to die for, and the sopapillas are perfect. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Sadie's to anyone who wants a true taste of New Mexico cuisine!
