I recently availed the services of a laboratory testing company. My experience with them was average overall. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but I faced some issues with their customer support. The website was user-friendly, and the prices were reasonable. However, the delivery of the test results took longer than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get it resolved. Despite these issues, I appreciate their efforts to resolve the matter. I would consider using their services again if they improve their customer support.
