I recently used the services of a laboratory testing company. Overall, my experience was satisfactory. The quality of their work was good, but there were some issues with their customer support. The website was user-friendly, and the prices were reasonable. However, the communication from their support team was not up to the mark. It took longer than expected to get my queries resolved. Despite these issues, I appreciate their willingness to address my concerns. I might consider using their services again if they improve their customer support.
