I recently used the funding program for my education with mixed feelings. While the website was easy to navigate and had helpful information, I found the application process to be a bit cumbersome. It took longer than expected to get a decision on my loan, which was frustrating as I needed the funds quickly. Additionally, the interest rates were higher than I had hoped for. On the positive side, the customer service team was responsive and provided clear answers to my questions. Overall, my experience was average. I wish the process had been smoother and the rates more competitive, but I appreciate the assistance in funding my education.
