I recently used their service, and I have to say it was a bit underwhelming. The process of returning an item was not as straightforward as I expected, and I encountered some confusion along the way. The website was visually appealing, but the functionality left much to be desired. The communication regarding my return was also lacking. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates, which was frustrating. While the concept is great, the execution fell short in my experience. I hope they can improve on the user interface and communication process to create a more seamless experience for customers in the future.
