I had a really mixed experience with The Heller Group. While some aspects of their service were excellent, there were also some drawbacks. The team was knowledgeable and professional, and I felt like they really understood my needs. However, the communication could have been better, as there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
