У цій компанії взагалі немає організації. Менеджер, який працював у THG більше 15 років, нещодавно і звільнившись, HR, нібито, є жінкою, яка працює на стійці реєстрації. У вас немає законного способу годинника, щоб відстежувати свій час і платити. Інформація про розмір заробітної плати, комісійних та понаднормових робіт змінювалася 3 рази протягом 2-місячного періоду. Ця компанія розпадається, і вони тягнуть своїх працівників на дно, поки у них не залишиться більше бізнесу. Вони не виконують квоту продажів, тому що їх керівники принижують і ставляться до них як до дітей. Як компанія може бути успішною, якщо кожен не вкладає свої 100% ?!
Людей відправляють додому раніше запланованого часу на основі обсягу продажів, які вони мають. Ставка заробітної плати змінювалася стільки разів, що працівники не отримували чеків, і якщо вони мають базову оплату, це неправильно.
Знову ж таки, не працюйте в цій компанії, якщо ви не плануєте повністю про це шкодувати. Я витратив 2 місяці свого часу та енергії на компанію, яка навіть не може відповісти на мої запитання, постійно погіршує діяльність агентів і надзвичайно і вкрай неорганізована. Мене розчаровує те, що мені доводиться телефонувати до кадровика, щоб побачити, чому мені не заплатили? і тоді нехай вона скаже мені, ми не можемо відкритись ще 30 хвилин, я зараз п’ю каву. Це смішно. Група Хеллерів - це шахрайство.

Я тут працював недовго. Вкрай непрофесійно, сутичка буквально спалахнула, коли я телефонував на обслуговування клієнта. Леді ТЛ вкрай непрофесійна. Її власну подругу звільнили. Я б сприйняв цю роботу лише в крайньому випадку.
