I had a mixed experience with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) of Africa. While their customer service was excellent, I was disappointed with their claims handling process. The representatives I spoke to were helpful and friendly, but it took longer than expected to get a resolution for my claim. Overall, I would rate them as average.
