I have been a loyal customer of Global Communications for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While their website is user-friendly and their prices are competitive, I have had some issues with their customer support. There were instances where I had to wait for a long time to speak to a representative and the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Overall, I would say that Global Communications is an average company with room for improvement.
