Абсолютно гірше. Помічник "нічної зміни" повинен був знаходитись у кімнаті для мам, яка супроводжувала її, але замість цього мама впала з ліжка і потребувала 911 допомоги на підйомі. Вони відповіли, що "це був прикрий випадок" - не довіряйте цій агенції турботу про своїх близьких. Помічник "витягував ноги"? Дійсно - ось чому телевізор в іншій кімнаті був на іншому каналі, ніж я залишив, - вона навіть не була в кімнаті з мамою. Я буду писати відгуки на кожному веб-сайті у цілому цьому штаті, якщо зможу запобігти лише одному "нещасному інциденту".
