На канікулах у нас було 5 ночей 6 днів. Наш готель у готелі Best Western Gold Rush Inn. Дуже чисто і люди були чудові. Насолоджувався пабом внизу на сніданок та вечерю. Наша поїздка була дуже повною & мало часу для сну. Однією з найкращих частин нашої подорожі була екскурсія на вертольоті. Нашим пілотом був Малкольм. Він був фантастичним. Нас також привітав господар. Це був ідеальний спосіб розпочати нашу екскурсію. Того дня ми поїхали на екскурсію заповідником та гарячими джерелами. Будучи канадськими, тварини були не рідкістю, за винятком Лінкса та Гарячих джерел, що розчаровувало. Вода була не ГАРЯЧОЮ і не дуже чистою. Наступного дня був цілий день снігоходів. Мій чоловік їздив на снігоході, а я їхав на спині. Я була дуже рада, що мій чоловік у молоді роки мав досвід катання на снігоходах. Наш гід KGO був фантастичним. Він був дуже терплячим та обізнаним. Він зробив наш день незабутнім. Того вечора ми поїхали на огляд північного сяйва і змогли побачити їх через камеру і придбали картину. Наш гід Мото був дуже рішучий допомогти нам у цьому. Єдиною засмучуючою частиною нашого туру були собачі санки. Майте на увазі, ми спали лише 3 години з ночі раніше. Мені сказали, що я не можу їздити у вбивстві на 1/2-денний тур. Мені не дали жодного вибору при бронюванні цього туру з вами спочатку. Я їздив на собачих упряжках у парку Алгонкін, і їх собак навчили зупинятись спеціальним словом і набагато більше контролю. Я протримався 2 1/2 години після того, як мене кинули 3 рази !! це було диво, що я не постраждав. Цей тур не для середньостатистичної міської людини, яка має дуже мало досвіду з цією діяльністю. Опис цієї екскурсії був "пологий проїзд по безтурботному району Білого коня". Чи можу я запропонувати вам запропонувати змінені варіанти для вибору серед нас. Гості нашого готелю зустрічались у вестибюлі, щоб обговорити наші екскурсії, і я не єдина людина, яка мала дуже ПОГОЛИЙ досвід цього туру. З вуст в уста буде виходити і зашкодить цьому туру.

Абсолютно найгірше обслуговування клієнтів, яке я коли-небудь стикався. Я хотів замовити у них екскурсію по місту, на це пішло 2 тижні, щоб отримати відповідь по електронній пошті від Андерсона на попередній маршрут. На мою відповідь на цей електронний лист так і не відповіли. Можливо, речі заблукають у віртуальному просторі ..... Будучи терплячим, я зателефонував, щоб спробувати забронювати поїздку з агентом. Я наголосив агенту по телефону, що мені справді цікаво і я хочу забронювати поїздку. Вона сказала, що їй потрібно перевірити наявність готелів і незабаром зв’яжеться зі мною. Це було 10 днів тому, і досі відповіді немає. Зайве говорити, що я поїхав вперед і сам забронював всю поїздку. Будь ласка, тримайтеся подалі від подорожей Андерсона, вони навіть не уявляють, що таке гарне обслуговування клієнтів.
