The vet we consulted with was knowledgeable and professional, but lacked a certain level of empathy towards our concerns. The overall treatment was satisfactory, but there was room for improvement when it comes to customer service. ⏳Prices were reasonable and explained before any treatment, which was appreciated. Overall, the experience was okay, but there are other animal hospitals that provide a more compassionate and attentive service. 🐶🏥
