Однак раптом усі її вчителі вирішили піти, і ніхто не доглядав за дитиною, крім директора (пані Емі). Коли я поїхала забирати дочку в перший день, коли пані Емі доглядала за немовлятами, вона сказала мені, що не може годувати мою дитину молоком. Я був вражений тим, що вона не повідомляла мене протягом дня, але чекала, поки я її заберу. У моєї дочки ніколи раніше не було цього питання, і я переживав, що той факт, що вона не взяла жодної пляшки, може бути ознакою того, що вона хвора. Потім вона попросила мене показати їй, як годувати мою дитину. Я був здивований тим, що жоден вчитель ніколи не просив мене показати їм, як годувати дитину, але я це зробив, і моя дочка взяла пляшку і майже допила пляшку за 5 хвилин. Потім вона стала дуже емоційною і напала на мене, сказавши дуже расові дискримінаційні слова, що вона пошкодувала про те, що взяла будь-яку китайську дитину, і вона вважає, що всі китайські мами слабкі та надмірно стурбовані.
