Мій лікар вже 2 рази надсилав моє направлення протягом 5 місяців. З Вікторією я розмовляв, і вона надзвичайно груба! Я повідомив їй, що я чекав 4 місяці та 2 факси від свого лікаря з прийнятими документами, і вона зі мною поставилася до цього. Дуже пишний і застряг. Я б НЕ рекомендував їхати сюди, вони не чітко ставляться до пацієнтів.

Мій лікар-направник надіслав факсом понад чотири копії мого запиту на рецепт для домашнього тесту сну з початку серпня з номерами підтвердження доставки. Мій фахівець надіслав по факсу 5-сторінкову діаграму клієнтів і дав мені номер відстеження з підтвердженням доставки. Минулого тижня я надіслав факсом свою особисту інформацію, водійське посвідчення та картку медичного страхування із титульною сторінкою та описом вмісту. Жоден з цих предметів не надійшов до Центру сну Aspen. Мені пропонують «спробувати надіслати його факсом знову» кожного разу, коли я телефоную або коли мій постачальник телефонує від мого імені.

Сьогодні вдень я зателефонував ще раз, щоб підтвердити, що мій останній факс надійшов їм, готовий із номером відстеження, який допоможе їх знайти, і чоловік, який відповів, сказав: "Ні, ми нічого не отримали. ... е-е, схоже, це тільки зараз проходить. Ми могли б мати ... частину інформації? " Один із чотирьох рецептурних факсів, очевидно, надходив, коли ми говорили (або 2 тижні тому, або 5 годин тому ??), жодного сліду мого особистого посвідчення від минулого тижня, 5-сторінкових даних клієнта, для яких я маю підтвердження доставки, або іншого оформлення документів (неодноразові спроби вручити рецепт).

Це виглядає як надзвичайно тіньова ділова практика, без веб-сайту чи електронної адреси для завантаження. Здається, ви отримали мою інформацію, або її підкинули, або загубили. Або ваш факс не працює, і це ваш єдиний спосіб спілкування! Не впевнений, що гірше - я справді розчарований цією компанією.
