Хороший продукт, але неякісне, повільне обслуговування клієнтів. Я придбав своє ліжко ще в 2002 році. Я вийшов із нього досить багато років і досі маю ту саму вантажівку. Останнім часом Беджруг стає дуже крихким і легко рветься. Я зателефонував за підтримкою ще в квітні, і мені сказали надіслати фотографії. Моя справа була передана тому, хто обіцяв повернутися зі мною. Він цього не зробив. Тож мені довелося продовжувати. Врешті-решт вони сказали, що надішлють заміну транспортним ETA 6/24. Я через тиждень нічого не надійшло поштою, тому я надіслав електронне повідомлення з проханням про відстеження - нічого від нього не почув. Тоді я зателефонував сьогодні - і здивування не було. Тим часом у мене тижнями відмовляли, займаючи 1/2 гаражу. Мені довелося зняти його, щоб отримати фотографії всіх його ярликів. Сьогодні зателефонували ще раз і їм потрібні були фотографії.
