Це місце ЖАХЛИВО! Брудно, а персонал жахливий.
Я не можу сказати про це нічого позитивного.
Вони залишили мою маму сидіти у своєму фекаліях і не запропонували їй ніякої допомоги для очищення. Фекалії були по всій ванній, підлозі, ліжку та її (цілими днями!) І ніхто НІЧОГО не робив !!!!!
Коли я звернувся до персоналу з цього приводу, вони могли сказати лише "Я не знаю ?!" Вони знали про безлад, коли подавали їжу до її кімнати, і НІЧОГО не виправляли.

Я також подав скаргу до MC, але якщо ви любите своїх рідних / друзів, НЕ ВІДПРАВЛЮЙТЕ ЇХ ТУТ !!!!
