My experience with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County was mixed. While the intention and goals of the program are admirable, I felt that the execution could have been better. There were moments of genuine connection with my Little Brother, but there were also times when it felt forced. Improvement in mentorship matching and support would greatly benefit the program.

I had a wonderful time volunteering with a local mentorship program. The staff were supportive and the program was well-structured. The impact I was able to make on a young person's life was truly rewarding. I highly recommend getting involved with the mentorship program!
