Довгий час я любив цю студію. Однак останні 3 рази, коли я ходив, у них викладала інша вчителька, і тоді це було вказано в графіку. Досить прикро, коли ти спеціально намагаєшся піти до вчителів, які тобі подобаються, тоді їх там немає. Анна, Анжела, Сем, Саллі та Джемма - чудові! Мені не сподобався жоден з інших викладачів, хоча, на жаль. Трохи більше точності в розкладі було б чудово.

Чудова атмосфера - я зовсім не гнучкий, але насолоджуюся заняттями і зараз постійно шукаю будь-які слоти, які підходять, коли я доступний. Опинившись у класі, це дуже внутрішній та індивідуальний досвід без страху перед порівнянням чи судженням.

Я абсолютно любив заняття йогою вагітністю, я виїжджав із повністю розслабленим тілом і мав змогу повноцінно спати вночі щосуботи. Коли мені було надто незручно протягом тижня, я зміг відтворити вивчені позиції. Я міг пройти лише перші 2 заняття, коли мені було 38 тижнів і 39 тижнів, я був щасливий, знаючи, що якщо я прострочусь, у мене буде заняття йогою, якого я з нетерпінням чекаю в кінці тижня. Мені б хотілося зробити всі 4 сеанси, оскільки перші 2 мені були настільки корисними з незручністю в кінці вагітності, а також я зміг використовувати дихальні техніки та положення в пологах. Клер-інструктор абсолютно дивовижна, велике спасибі!

Приголомшливо Дуже доброзичливий, і речі, які мої артритні суглоби насправді дозволяли мені робити (з багатьма і очевидними обмеженнями, які з радістю терпів інструктор).
